
Accor Hotel Group - Summer Spritz Menu
The project brief was to create a Summer Spritz menu with a selection of light, refreshing cocktails for the Mercure Hotel brand. The aim was to provide flavour to the drinks using mixers and garnishes, therefor reducing the need for high calorie flavoured syrups.
